Who can have to many cute mittens!

mittens are warmer than gloves, and remind me of back in the day when I was a little girl.

lucybell21, Thanks for commenting. It makes me think of the 3 little kitten who lost their mittens. My kids were always losing theirs. That is why I learned how to crochet them. I'm happy the hub brought back some memories.

Crochet is such a lost art. Nice to see that some folks out there are still interested in this craft.

Kim M Gregory, I think it is still being passed down, but isn't as popular as the days when they made the doilies so much or in the '70s when it was part of the hippie movement. Thanks for visiting the page.
